We spend so much of our time at work and I‘m no different, as running Futureproof is definitely a full time job for me. Because I consider networking an integral part of my business life I want, and need, to be able to pick and choose the events I go to. My involvement in Mixing Business is the perfect solution, so I look forward to meeting you and wish you successful networking.

In addition to being father to Imogen, I am a mentor and equity financing consultant to many a young entrepreneur on the London business scene. I live and work in Chelsea where I have an office and a home and, I network at various events in and around the London area. My networking ethos is simply to connect the dots and facilitate connections for the many individuals and businesses I deal with on a daily basis to the entrepreneurs and high net worth Individuals with whom I interact. I have found that giving is the best way to ensure that you receive and I whole heartedly subscribe to the ‘farming’ world view of networking. When Mark, David, Ken and I met to discuss Mixing Business, I knew I had found the future home of successful networking where business would get done, people would make friends, expand their personal and professional networks and, last but not least, feel as though they had found value for the time they had committed to the process. Welcome!

Apart from a small foray into dot-coms, I've spent my working life in advertising and marketing, which is what I do now. My company is Rooster Advertising and I spend my time solving clients marketing and advertising problems in whatever media is best. Thus, we are a 'multi-discipline' or in the jargon of our industry, a 'through-the-line' agency. I've been to many different networking events and want Mixing Business to encapsulate as many of the good things I have experienced as possible. I would welcome any feedback so that we can improve it further - I look forward to talking to you.
